TabbJam ("the Service") is a bookmark synchronization platform operated by MEDiAGATO Network ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account.
When using encrypted sync, your bookmarks are encrypted in your browser before reaching our servers. We cannot read, recover, or reset your encrypted data. If you lose your passphrase, your synced data is permanently inaccessible. This is by design and we accept no liability for data loss resulting from a forgotten passphrase.
TabbJam offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription of $10/year (USD) is required for continued access to dashboard, search, and AI features. Encrypted sync remains available. Payments are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.
You own your data. You may export your bookmarks at any time as an HTML file. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.
AI organization features use your own API key (bring your own key). We do not store, process, or have access to your AI provider credentials beyond what is needed to make API calls on your behalf. AI API keys are encrypted at rest.
Do not use TabbJam to store illegal content, spam, or malware URLs. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
